• We are familiar with homes in the area, and after consulting with you will show you homes that fit your stated needs.

• We will introduce you to lenders with loan programs tailored to your circumstances, and have those lenders pre-qualify you. This makes your offer to purchase a home much more attractive to the seller.

• We will assist in the process of having inspections and getting your loan.

• We are experienced in the process of custom home purchasing. We wil help you secure a lot, introduce you to builders, and "hold your hand" through out the process.

Selling your home:

• We will provide a market analysis to assist you in pricing your home.

• We will help you decide what changes, "fix-ups", or "spruce-ups" your home needs to attract buyers at a fair price.

• We assist in the offer, counter-offer negotiations for the sale of your home.

• We also follow your sale through the title process to closing, checking on the progress of the purchasers inspections, loan, and other paper work.
